Returns

We hope we you enjoy your purchases from A Little Bit of Blighty by Clare Simpson, however should you wish you return them, a full refund can be given within 14 days of purchase. Please email details of any items you wish to return to clare@alittlebitofblighty.co.uk where you will be issued a printable return form to be included inside your parcel along with your details and order number.

You (the customer) are responsible for postage cost of return items, returned should be sent back undamaged, unopened and in there original packaging. Orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection to get the items back to you. 

Faulty Goods

If a product arrives faulty we will replace it. If an item has clearly been used or damaged by you (the customer) items will not be refunded. Please email details of any faulty times to clare@alittlebitofblighty.co.uk, any faulty item will be treated on a case by case basis.
