Delivery

• Standard delivery 3-5 working days on orders £7 and under is £3.95
• Standard delivery 3-5 working days on orders over £7 is £5.95

• Delivery charges are determined by weight of parcels to Europe and Rest of World, delivery will be calculated at checkout at a standard rate, however our customer services team will contact you to confirm shipping costs to your exact location.
• If shipping costs exceed the standard rate charged at checkout then the customer service team will email you with the costings and you, the customer will be obliged to cancel the order with confirmation to customer service team and a full refund will be given.
• The price of sending any order overseas is dependent on both the size and the weight of the parcel. All delivery charges are subject to change and our Customer Service Team will contact you before despatching your parcel should this be the case. All prices charged are in GBP.
• Please allow up to 14 days for your delivery.

We aim to despatch items within 2-3 business working days, from receipt of payment, this is subject to stock availability. Orders are sent via courier where appropriate however some orders may be sent via post office if this is the most efficient method to do so.

It is the customers sole responsibility for the correct address being detailed on the delivery page once placing an order. We will not be responsible for any charges of failure to receive goods or wrong address being provided by the customer at paying point.
